On-site medical personnel present during all work shifts to ensure any incident is evaluated without wasting valuable time.
Shaded lunch areas and healthy snacks for crews
Extra recycle and trash bins for a tidy worksite
Crisis management plans are onsite and frequently reviewed with work crews

It's the little things that matter most - like increasing the number of recycling and trash bins so that the project site is neat and organized; providing on-site medical staff for decreasing potentially qualifying lost time events due to having to travel elsewhere for first aid; and creating crisis management plans so our teams are prepared for most situations.

No matter what happens – bad weather, unforeseen conditions, procurement delays, noise or time restrictions – we will come up with solutions to stay on schedule and within budget.
